Why I Work This Way
I came to this work through both training and lived experience.
I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and had worked with families in crisis long before my own life was disrupted. What I learned firsthand is that knowing the tools and living through uncertainty are very different things.
Over several years, personal crises forced me to slow down, seek support, and learn how steadiness is built in real time, not forced through willpower. Being coached through those seasons changed how I understand growth, confidence, and direction.
That experience is why OCD² Coaching exists. I do not push people through hard moments. I help them build order, clarity, and direction at a pace that respects both their goals and their nervous system.
This work is grounded in the belief that support should help you move forward without asking you to override yourself.
