Life Coaching w/ Amy
Through one-on-one coaching, I help women in midlife transition rediscover their identity, heal from trauma, release old stories, and create a new direction for their life.
My approach blends conversation with guided writing. Together, we work through the impact of divorce or broken relationships, the weight of everyday traumas, and the shift that comes when children grow up and leave home.
With coaching, you will:
-
Gain clarity on what’s holding you back
-
Learn to process and release trauma in a safe way
-
Create new habits and daily practices that move you forward
-
Rebuild confidence and self-trust
-
Redefine your purpose and vision for the next chapter

Why Amy?
At 39, my “perfect” little world flipped upside down. One minute I was juggling everyday life—meals, volunteering, organizing, helping friends. The next, I was reeling from crisis. And it didn’t just happen once, but three times in less than five years.
I had a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I had worked with families in crisis. But none of that prepared me for the fear, stress, and anxiety I faced when my own life fell apart.
The first crisis nearly broke me. By the second, I was learning new tools. By the third, I wasn’t surprised anymore. I had what I needed to keep moving forward.
My degree gave me the book smarts. Life gave me the hard knocks. And trusting someone to coach me through the yuck gave me the shift I needed to not just survive, but thrive.
For years, I told myself I wasn’t capable. Divorced. Facial paralysis. Solo mom. Who was I to help anyone? But the truth was, I had already been helping people all along. When I finally owned that truth, I guided 23 people across six countries to heal by writing their stories—and together we published a book that helps others around the world.
Now it’s my mission to help GenX women in midlife let go of trauma, retrain their thoughts, and thrive in the next phase of life.
